Your monthly premiums will be deducted from your EcoCash wallet every month or you can pay at any EcoSure Funeral Services partner.

2. Agree to the Terms and Conditions
3. Select 1 to register 
4. Confirm the information you have entered is correct 
5. Select the preferred EcoSure Package (Lite, Basic, Standard or Premium)
6. Confirm

1. Dial *900# , enter EcoCash PIN, select Funeral , Individual, USD/ZiG
2. Select Make Payment and select Own Account
3. Select the number of months that you would like to pay for from 3, 6, 9 or 12 months
4. Confirm

1. Dial *900# , enter EcoCash PIN, select Funeral , Individual, USD/ZiG
2. Select Thwala Sonke
3. Select Add New Dependant
4. Enter dependant’s date of birth and input relative of your choice 
5. Confirm

1. Dial *900# , enter EcoCash PIN, select Funeral , Individual, USD/ZiG
2. Select Manage Policy
3. Select Change Package
4. Select the new package
5. Confirm

You will receive a confirmation message when your package has been successfully changed.

HOW TO ADD A BENEFICIARY 

A Beneficiary is the person and/or entity that you want to receive the benefits of your policy in the event of your death. It can be an individual that you trust, a certified Funeral Service Provider or a Burial Society.

There are two types of Beneficiaries.

1. Individual

This can be any person you trust. Your funeral cover pay-out will be given to this person to use as they see fit to prepare for the funeral and any additional expense.

1. Dial *900# , enter EcoCash PIN, select Funeral , Individual, USD/ZiG
2. Select Add Beneficiary
3. Select Individual
4. Enter your beneficiary’s mobile number, enter the first 3 letters of their surname
5. Confirm

2. Funeral Service Provider

You can choose a Funeral Service Provider as your Beneficiary and they will take care of the funeral preparations.

1. Dial *900# , enter EcoCash PIN, select Funeral , Individual, USD/ZiG
2. Select Add Beneficiary
3. Select the Funeral Services Provider of your choice 
4. Confirm

1. Dial *900# , enter EcoCash PIN, select Funeral , Individual, USD/ZiG
2. Select Remove Beneficiary
3. Select Beneficiary to be removed
